OUR MISSION

Tipsy’s Sweet Treats was founded in Sarasota, Florida after watching a simple

TikTok that sparked a dream. Our mission is to provide handcrafted frozen

desserts to all ages of the community and help create lasting memories full

of fun and laughter all year long in the sunshine state!

Tipsy is a brown and white Shih Tzu born disabled on March 22, 2022, with only 2 1⁄2 legs. Her breeder did not have the time to commit to taking care of her, and many people thought she would not make it. Knowing she was special, I rescued her when she was just 5 days old, weighing only 7 ounces, about the weight of a cup of sugar! I was determined to save her and show her love and compassion around the clock. For the first few months, my family and I bottle fed Tipsy every 3 hours until she was big enough to eat by herself. My little fighter never gave up and quickly learned to overcome her deficits. She is now self-sufficient and expresses only love to everyone she encounters. Recently, she has even figured out how to climb the stairs all by herself! Her grit and determination has inspired me to step out of my comfort zone and begin a new journey. Starting “Tipsy’s Sweet Treats” has given me the freedom to spread not only her story, but the love for life she shows to everyone.
